Pamela Pickett Casey, age 64, died Saturday, February 8, 2020 at home.  She is preceded in death by her son, Jonathan Casey; parents Milo and Carol Pickett; and beloved fur baby Abigail. Mrs. Casey is survived by her husband Michael Casey of Beulaville; sons, Matthew Casey and wife Caitlin of Chinquapin, Mark Casey and wife Riley of Kenansville; brothers, Johnie Pickett and wife Joy of Beulaville, Milo Pickett, Jr. and wife Emily Sue of Hampstead; and niece, Ashleigh Pickett.

Gary Dean Williams, Sr., age 65, died Sunday, January 12, 2020 in Vidant Hospice in Greenville, NC.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Katherine Williams; brother, Herbert Gale Williams; and granddaughter, Kaitlyn Michelle Peck.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife, Sue Russell Williams of Beulaville; daughter, Karen Williams of Beulaville; son, Gary Dean Williams, Jr. of Beulaville; sister, Carol Weston of Potters Hill; brother, Christopher Williams and wife Kelly of Hallsville; and three grandchildren, Austin Lee Williams, Brayden Garrett Williams, and Coleman Dean Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Shaw-Buckner of Jacksonville, daughter Hannah Buckner of the home; mother Faith Anne Bostic Shaw and husband James Robert Shaw of Beulaville; grandmother Becky W. Godbold and husband Al of Dudley; aunt June Robinson; uncle Jimmy Robinson; stepbrother Christopher Shaw; uncle Tim Williams and aunt Janice Williams of Teachey.

Robin Renee Nelson, 56, passed away on Saturday, Jan 4th, 2020 at her home in Beulaville, NC surrounded by her family and friends.  She was a native of Waynesville, NC and was a daughter of Wilma S. Young (George Young) and of the late Robert “Bruce” Trantham (Kathryn Taylor Trantham).  Robin is survived by three daughters, Melissa Nelson, Jessica Nelson Barrera (Adrian), Rebecca Nelson Sleeman (Nick); three grandchildren, Max Sleeman, Addisyn Nelson, and Ryder Sleeman; sister: Tonya Trantham Brooks (Grady); two nieces, Shana Brooks Grace (Bradley), Miranda Brooks Portino (John).

She was a register nurse at Anchor Coupling and previously worked at Naval Hospital Camp Lejune.  She was often described as the most kind and caring nurse anyone could ever have.

Robin was genuine in her Christian faith and thrived in serving others.  She always had a friendly smile and a positive outlook on life.  She touched everyone she met in a special way as she was often called “sunshine”.  She possessed an unconditional love for German Shepherds and enjoyed traveling to show them.  She was an active member of Team DiCasa Ortiz.
