Wanda Jeannette Ramsey, age 66, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, William “Bill” and Sarah Catherine Ramsey. She is survived by her brother, Anthony Ramsey and wife Kim; niece, Amanda Thigpen and husband Daniel; nephew, Derrick Ramsey and wife Arianna. She leaves behind her great nieces and nephews that were her world – Star Cuff, Tyler Ramsey, Chloe Thigpen, Kirra Ramsey, Jace Ramsey and Sawyer Ramsey, Harper Thigpen, Hazel and Hudson Cuff.

Family will be at the home of Daniel and Amanda Thigpen located at 4009 E NC 24 Hwy, Beulaville, NC 28518.

Mrs. Foster is survived by her daughters, Lena Brown and husband Dolan of Mill Swamp, Bettie Jean Stafford and husband Jack of Garner; son, Ronnie Foster of Beulaville; two grandchildren, Robby Brown and wife Amber of Wallace, Elizabeth Minnich and husband Dusty of Raleigh; and two great grandchildren, Jackson Brown and Levi Brown.
